Breakdown of Services

Invitations:

Ordering, sending out the invites and receiving R.S.V.P.'s to keep you stress free!

Coordination of Vendors:

Calling, scheduling, and negotiating with vendors such as Caterers, Florists, D.J.'s, Photographers, etc. 

Finding a Venue:

Calling, gathering details, and coordinating with venue managers to ensure you have the perfect place for your event based on your needs!

Menu Planning:

Consulting with you to create the perfect menu based on your food preferences, theme, and budget. Organizing with caterer (if hiring one) to make sure your food needs are taken care of. 

Decorations:

Hunting down the decor and accessories that turn heads! Whether that's using our own decor inventory, finding new ones, renting, or even creating customized pieces!

Games/Activities:

There are many different games and activities that can help make your event special. If you want something the whole guest list can participate in or just the person(s) of honor, we can help you! We can also create customized games for events like birthday parties, wedding/bridal showers, baby showers, anniversary parties, and graduation parties! 

Itinerary:

No matter the package you choose, we will make sure every step is planned out to seamlessly create a smooth, enjoyable, and stress free day.

Rental Pickup & Drop-off:

Need an event tent, fans, tables, chairs, linens, etc? I will find the best prices and quality for you and make sure you don't have to worry about picking items up or returning them.

Setting Up:

Despite package choice, the only thing you will have to worry about come event day is how much fun you will have! We will bring your vision to life by setting up all involved such as tables, chairs, decor, food, music, etc. 

Day-Of Maintenance:

An Amethyst Event Planner will be with you throughout the event to keep to the itinerary and work out any hiccups that may present themselves. Whether it's running last minute errands, rearranging to accommodate surprise guests, replenishing food & drinks, running games, and making sure the host and/or person of honor has everything they need!   

Clean Up:

After your fun-filled day, the last thing you want to think about is the dreaded cleaning up! So we will make sure all trash is disposed of, rentals are returned, decor is taken down, and everything put back in its place!
